Northwest Indiana - Are you tired of paying rent? Homeownership is easier than you think! Stop paying rent and start building a future. In continuing efforts to educate consumers on Homeownership, CCCS of NW Indiana will host a First-Time Homebuyer workshop on 3 consecutive Tuesdays 2/8/05, 2/15/05 and 2/22/05 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. You will learn how to create a budget, how to rebuild your credit, how to get financed, and how to shop for a home along with many other topics. Speakers include a realtor and a licensed home inspector. You will receive a certificate after completing all 3 sessions. This certificate could help you secure down payment assistance from local, state and federal agencies.
